Cava, so rooted in our customs, is today
enjoying a high level of acceptance both in Spain and abroad,
with more and more people clamouring for our product. As a result,
for the sixteenth consecutive year the Sant Sadurní Cava
Guild has organised a Special Train to Cava Country for the
purpose of taking people to visit Sant Sadurní d'Anoia,
a town at the heart of Cava Country and home to the Cava Week
celebrations, an event which will take place from 6 to 14 October
2001.
